Raptors Game

Every year the boys baseball teams hand out free tickets to see an Ogden Raptors game (they are a local minor league team). This year Lynnette and her kids were in town and knowing how much some of them like baseball we invited her boys to go with us. They were so excited even though we had to sit clear out by left field. We were hoping for a few foul balls but this year we had no such luck.Waiting for the game to start. They played against the Helena Brewers. Tanner, Adam, Hayden, Isaac, Devin and EllieWaiting for the game to be over. The Raptors won 19-1. The best part of the night getting autographs.
The team is very kind and sign what ever the kids hand them.

Boys Uintah Trip

Every summer Joel and his dad take Devin and Hayden to the Uintahs for a week of camping, hiking, and horse riding. They love it and look forward to it all year long. Here are a few pictures of their 2010 trip.

Manti Pagent

This summer we took the kids to see the Manti Pagent. Such a neat program. The girls fell asleep before it was over but the boys loved it and wanted to go back the next night.
While waiting for the pagent to start the boys became friends with the family sitting behind us and here they are playing cards with them.
The beautiful Manti Temple

The girls waiting.

Joel's parents and Uncle Travis and Aunt Elisa joined us there.

Father's Day

Ever since my kids watched the Princess Frog, they have wanted to try "man catchen' beignets". I had never heard of them before so I googled them and found a recipe, we made them for our dad on father's day. Here are the boys taking Joel his father's day breakfast in bed.He didn't want to get the powdered sugar all over his bed so he move to the table to eat. The boys with their present to dad. If you notice what he got you can see that they always get him things that they want to use, or have him play with them with.
